Since I have taken a few months off this summer and don’t have any wedding to talk about (for a little while…), I was looking back to some weddings I have done in the recent past. I think about their day and am filled with happiness for having been a part of such an amazing day in their lives as well as love for my own husband! It’s such a wonderful time in your life and there is SO MUCH to look forward to. One of the reasons I love shooting weddings is because I am able to be the little “fly on the wall” in some of the most intimate moments of a Bride and Groom’s life. I am so honored and blessed to have been chosen by each of my clients/ friends! I really feel that you can’t be a photographer for a wedding day and not beome a “friend” afterwards. Thank you to each of you! Be on the look-out for more posts like this. I love my Brides and Grooms and am going to re-cap a couple of them who have some special events that I want to remind my readers of. They remind me of how blessed I am and I hope they do the same for you!
I was particularly struck with this bride who was taken aback by her loving husband-to-be that sent a gift over to her. Her Mom is peeking at her and they are both wondering what it is!
An absolutely exquisite cross necklace in a beautiful silver box.
Little sister looking on with amusement. It’s every little girls dream to be the beautiful bride in white and I can see it all over her face! She is in such AWE of her big sister!
Taking a deep breath while Mom puts on the gift.
Beauty.
Ready to go!!!

Beth,
Those are wonderful captures of a very precious moment.
